FitCrew owner and personal trainer Chrissy Hiatt joins you in the workout, to push you through some of the elements of her One on One personal training . Hitting every muscle with multiple modalities (free motion machine, weights, bosu, TRX, squat rack, sled push, bands, etc.) and incorporating HIIT techniques , this total body workout is a key to losing weight and reaching your fitness goals. Barre
Sunday 9:30am
High energy muscle defining, yet low impact body controlled movements will strengthen and lengthen all major muscle groups and keep your heart rate pumping. Using not only the barre, but also bands and weights, allows FitCrew instructor Lauren to continually vary the workout keeping it fun fresh and effective. Burn fat and calories while sculpting your best physique. It’s hard work but worth it.
Cycle
Tuesday/Thursday 6am Cycle with weights Saturday 9:30 (30/30) Sunday 8:15 (45/15)
Tuesday/Thursday morning is a full cycle class adding weights for those of you who want to work on a full body experience on the bike….Saturday is a hybrid class designed for a different kind of full body workout. You will spend 30 min weightlifting in the gym and then hop on the bike for 30 min of full on fun cardio….Sunday is designed for those of you who want a mostly cardio experience. We will cycle for 45 min with weights(in a different way) and then hop off the bike and onto a mat for 15 min of ab crushing fun! Bring your cycle shoes and come join us!
MUSCLE & Flow
Tuesday/Thursday 9:30am - Saturday 8:15 am
A LOT of Muscle with a little bit of Flow…bring your mat and experience an hour of tempo based HIIT workout. Warm up with some very basic yoga…(so those of you that are concerned about not knowing yoga don’t be) and then spend most of the hour lifting dumbbells, using bands, sliders, balls, jump ropes etc…and finish up with a few minutes of Shavasana and a lot of gratitude…
