If you break down your goal into tiny more manageable pieces and consistently work on it every day, eventually you will achieve it. For example, if you are trying to lose 50lbs, which seems overwhelming, try losing 2lbs each week (which is a healthy amount to lose each week) and voila ..in approximately 6 months you will have that body you want. Stay with it, keep motivated and think about getting a buddy! Here at FitCrew we are a family, a community, so if you are struggling with being consistent, sticking to your workouts or eating plans, there are plenty of people here ready and eager to help!
