FitCrew can do it all, whatever body type you desire, whatever your goal, we have the expertise to train you for it! With most of our clients we use a combination of Strength, HIIT, Balance and Flexibility exercises.

Training techniques are vital! Customized client workouts are written daily using varied equipment to reduce muscle adaptation and focus on client results.

Want results. Real results. I found Chrissy @ FitCrew 8 months ago in the hunt for loosing stubborn 20lbs and building solid muscle. My journey started December 2018 and by April 1st, 2019 I reached my goal of loosing the 20lbs through simple diet changes and consistent training. By July I lost a total of 36lbs And May I say so build some great muscle tone. Chrissy is a master trainer and her solid nutrition knowledge are easy to apply. This is not a diet quick fix but simple guidelines to stick to going forward. Chrissy’s methodology works and her constant motivation and encouragement makes it a great journey to a healthier life. "I am 73 years old and thanks to working out with Chrissy for the last 10 years, I can complete all the exercises with the 30-50 age group.  I continue to be surprised and pleased that I can keep up!
